Non-custom items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from Scottsdale, Arizona.
Personalized items will ship 1-2 business days after a final proof is approved by the buyer. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive order.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Priority Express mail. Once a package is in the hands of the postal service, its journey is out of our control.
