• We only ship within the United States due to the challenges of international shipping, including duties, fees, and returns.

• Non-custom items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from Scottsdale, Arizona.

• Custom items will ship 1-2 business days after a final proof is approved by the buyer. Please contact us if you have a time sensitive order.

• All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

• Once a package is in the hands of the postal service, its journey is out of our control. However, if there is an issue with shipping, please email us at hello@shopmodernmitzvah.com and we will do our best to assist!

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer local pick-up or drop-off at this time.

• We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom and non-seasonal items. Contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Personalized and seasonal items are non-refundable.

• Please keep your tracking number until you’ve been notified that we received your return order.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment minus the non-refundable shipping fees. Processing times for refunds vary, please contact us if you have not been credited within 2 weeks.

• You may not reproduce any Modern Mitzvah design, including any custom design.

• If you are a retailer, you have permission to resell Modern Mitzvah products but you do not have permission to reproduce or reprint our designs.

• Modern Mitzvah, LLC provides services to you subject to the following terms of service. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Website and may change at any time. 

• All content on the website, including without limitation, the text, code, fonts, graphics, designs, and photos are owned by Modern Mitzvah, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. Modern Mitzvah respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
